In 2006 after an idea nearly 6 years previous, a way was found to escape the all too familiar fortress of Europe to the jungles of the Amazon…& beyond…. In summer 2005 we consolidated the idea – to take the vibrancy & vitality of the underground music & dance movement of Europe to as yet unexplored territory – South America. The idea was to share experiences, creativity & music, to travel, learn & integrate with local cultures through the vehicle of "sound" adventure……without killing each other! The plan was to take two trucks, a soundsystem & cinema across the Atlantic Ocean from Bilbao to Buenos Aires, Argentina. From there travel through Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia & Venezuela. A lot of people said we were insane, maybe we are…but as always plans change, people come & go, borders are crossed and this is where we’re at! |
